Industrial thermal camera, in stock and ready to ship
HeatCam IR-C is a fixed radiometric thermal camera: a temperature for every pixel, streamed over one Ethernet cable to any PC on your network. Units are in stock and ship as soon as you confirm the order.
Supplied, configured and supported by Therness, a Politecnico di Torino spin-off. Use it for maintenance, process control, laboratory work or R&D, with the included viewer and no other software required.
One fixed camera, many thermal jobs
Predictive maintenance
Watch motors, bearings, electrical cabinets and connections for heat that builds up before a failure.
Thermal process control
Check that parts, tools and lines reach and hold the temperature the process needs, cycle after cycle.
Heat treatment
Follow heating and cooling of a part during treatment, with a continuous thermal view instead of a single reading.
Laboratories and research
Radiometric temperature for experiments and test benches, read live from any PC on the network.
Product R&D
See how electronics, prototypes and assemblies heat up under load during development and testing.
Additive manufacturing and welding
Monitor deposition, interpass temperature and cooling on WAAM, DED and welding setups.

How ordering works
- Tell us the job. What you want to watch, at what distance and at what temperatures.
- Get a quote. We confirm the unit, range and lens, the price and the delivery date.
- Receive the camera. Units ship from stock with the PC viewer ready to download.
- Grow later if needed. Mounting accessories and Therness software for alarms and trends are options you can add at any time.
Questions before you order
Can I use the camera without any other Therness product?
Yes. The camera works on its own: the included PC application shows the live radiometric image from any workstation on your network. Software for alarms, trends or AI inspection is an option, not a requirement.
Is it only for welding?
No. The same fixed camera serves predictive maintenance, thermal process control, laboratory and research work, product development, heat treatment and additive manufacturing. Welding is one application among others.
How fast can it be delivered?
The cameras on this page are in stock and ship as soon as the order is confirmed. The quote states the delivery date, the temperature range and the lens of the unit you receive.
Which temperature range and lens do I get?
The standard range is −20 °C to 900 °C; 200 °C to 1500 °C is optional. Tell us your target, distance and temperatures and we confirm which unit and lens fit before you order.
How does it connect to a PLC or SCADA system?
One Ethernet cable carries power (PoE) and data. Modbus on the same cable lets a PLC, SCADA or logging tool read the camera alongside your existing sensors.
Can I add alarms or analytics later?
Yes. You can connect the same camera to HeatCore Basic or other Therness software for thresholds, alarms, statistical process control and dashboards, without changing hardware.
